Project Server To outlook

Hi,

I am looking for a way to let an administrator push published tasks to his
teams outlook calendars. Even better would be to push all project resource
schedules to 1 public calendar. Anyone know how to do this ??

John,

I assume that you are using Project Server 2003. There's a tool available
that you need to install in each team member's machine.
For details- click on the link "
Work with Outlook to share calendar and task information " on the Right
Column.

The utility integrates the outlook and MS Project and brings all the tasks
for the resource into his/her calendar. Also the updates to Project Manager
can be sent via outlook.
The process of importing tasks and sending updates can be scheduled.
