Project Server Views Not Being Updated

Hi,

Once of the Project manager called-up yesterday and complained that the
Project Center view in the Project Web Access was not being Updated. I checkd
if there was any spooler error but there was none. Then i checked the event
log in the Server. i found the following errors. i've Project Server 2003 sp1
and windows server 2003
