Project Server Web Parts loading PWA authentication page

Hello everyone,

We created a project dashboard page in WSS that makes use of many of the
Project Server web parts. Frequently, when the page is loaded, one or more of
the web parts are loading the PWA authentication page rather than the actual
web part view. If the page is refreshed, all the web parts load correctly. We
are using Project Server 2003 and users are accessing it using Windows
authentication.

Does anyone know what is causing this problem? Any help is greatly
appreciated.
