Project Server Web Parts

I found a few Project Server Web parts but I cannot seem to use them?
Two in particular are:

ProjectCenterPart.webpart

Hi Sixty4,

where do you try to use them? Can you write down the steps you take to use
them?

I think we got them, one of our IT staff fixed it. I was tied up with
a client issue but thanks. I believe it had something to do with
security.
