Project Server WSS Connectivity

Am having an issue with Project Server and WSS connectivity. Everthing was
working fine and now we get the error message in the home page ("There is a
problem establishing a connection with the Web server running Windows
SharePoint Services. Contact your system administrator"). I tried PSCOM+ but
it did not help. Am able to access Sharepoint Central Administration url and
also get into the project workspaces. How can I get through this?

(a) Go to manage SharePoint Services and then go to Synchronize Administrator
Accounts.

(b) For individual sites, go to Manage SharePoint Sites and highlight each
project and click on "Synchronize" (top bar just above the project list).

Thanks for the quick reply. This did not help. Is there any utility or
configuration setting that will help in re-establishing project server and
sharepoint connectivity. PSComplus did not fix the problem and am not sure
how ProxyCfg.exe would work.
