Probably, but it's a lot of work for a trial.
Strongly recommend you do a lot of work on the business case and the pm
problems you need to 'fix' before starting to trial the software. Work out
the information set you need, who needs it where and how timely it has to
be. Then work out the processes you need to provide that information and how
it will flow. Then evaluate benefits.
If benefits look good and you have management buy-in for it, create test
system modelled on the solution you need. For example if you have remote
users you need at least one in your eval trial.
Project Server is not a desktop application. Simply finding a very
experienced and skilled network engineer to install it and get some users up
and running is only a very small part of a successful implementation.
