project sharing share problems

I share tasks. My co-worker shares tasks. We rarely see them. We rarely
see each others notes. Same with calendar events. We both are sharing
through the idisk. We both have sync services on. Last week, she
created and shared a bunch of tasks. As usual, I never saw them. Today
she said they all disappeared.

We constantly get iDisk conflicts for the project .RGE files and choose
to keep the one on the iDisk.

For the past six months I've been trying to track down the problems and
am very frustrated. Any suggesitions?

Both computers:
Entourage 11.2.5
OS 10.4.6

Snooping around the iDisk Shared Office Projects folder I found an
Archive 1.rge and an Archive.rge. One is 2 months older than the other.
I wonder if that's the problem. Maybe I should delete one of them???

That didn't help. So we unshared all except one project. We each turned
off any notes, files or tasks we were sharing. I made test task to
share. She sees it at her computer. She made a test task and I don't
see it on mine. It's been a few hours.
