Project sites doesn't work

Hi everybody,

I just found this Discussion Group and finally i found some answers to all
(not all unfortunately) my questions. Here is my problem. I've got a Project
server 2003 installed in stand alone mode (WSS+IIS+SQL unique server) and
want to migrate all data to a new server (always stand alone). I found a lot
of tips and help with all you in this group, but from the start i've got this
problem on my "old" server: None of my project have a workplace site. In WSS
admin, when i try to reach
http://server:80/sites/MS_ProjectServer_PublicDocuments, i've got an error
:"Le serveur virtuel mentionné ici ne figure pas dans la base de données de
configuration" (sorry i'm french) but in english it says that virtual server
is not mentionned in the configuration database. With this problem, i can't
use WSSMigr (error: does not appear to be a valid Project Server 2003
database).
If anyone could help me, i can give you all information you need to resolve
my problem.
Regards

Thanks for your quick answer but i'll do what indicates your link after my
"old" server being fine. I don't know if it's a Project problem or a
SharePoint problem (or both). I see some data regarding project sites in
STS_server_1 database tables but i can't access them because
http://server:80/site/... doesn't work (see first message). How can i make an
other web site for published project and mention it in the database. Any
ideas?
About the link, may i have to install all product (IIS+SQL+Project+WSS)
before doing the restore or just IIS+SQL and after install Project and WSS
with existing database (i think this is the second one)?
