Project sites don't create

Newbie

Hello,

While I'm trying to view Risks and Issues pages in PWA, the system tells me
that projects sites are not created.
in PWA : Admin / Manage WSS / Site Provisonning Settings... I selected 25
times "Automatically create project site when projets are published" but I
still have the same issue.
