No and No. You must have the Professional version to work with Project
Server, and I would strongly recommend you use Microsoft Project
Professional 2003 with Project Server 2003. Hope this helps.

If we upgrade to Project Professional 2003 from Project Standard 2002, can
the project managers still open their 2002 mpp. files saved locally and
import them into MPS 2003?
