Project Standard 2003 as Server

Is it possible to install the Project Standard 2003 on one workstation
and access it from other workstation across the network?
I need to run Project one user at a time (without any fancy Project
Server features) to read or create Project files only.

You need Terminal Services or Citrix, but because you are running the
program from different PC's you still need extra licenses, so you might as
well install on each workstation.

Only way to legally share one license is for all users to use same
workstation.
