Project Stuck in Forced Check In

Have you ever had a project get stuck in the Forced Check-In box with a
status of "Waiting to be Processed"? I have Administrator permissions, but
this is the only project that will not allow me to force check it back into
the project center. Any ideas?

You either have another job that is stuck that needs to be cancelled or you
need to restart the queue services.

You need to check the Manage Queue for any jobs stuck in the "Processing" or
"Failed and blocking correlation" or "Getting enqueued", make sure to change
your date range back a few days or weeks to find the culprit.

If you don't find anything, it is a good idea to restart the queue services
on the application server.
