Hello!

The poject summary task of my project plan is wrong.

0 Project name.published 0 days 9/1/2004 9/1/2004
1 Project name (summary task) 237 days 9/1/2004 6/30/2005
2 initiation 237 days 9/1/2004
6/30/2005

My question why the project name.published is 0 days it should be 237 days
and end date should be 6/30/2005

Just a guess but have you tried recalculating the plan, i.e. pressing F9?

Genius might be a little strong. Thanks though. It's usually the simplest things that cause the most grief.

You know you can change the default for project to automatically recalculate instead of having to remember to do it manually? Try Tools>Options>Calculation>Calculation mode = automatic
