In the future, please let us know what version of Project Server you are
using. 2002, 2003, or 2007? The answer to your question really depends on
what version you are using. If you are using Project Server 2002, 2003, or
2007, here's one thing that the PMs of the four projects can do to
troubleshoot the problem:
1. Open one of the four projects in question.
2. Click Tools - Build Team from Enterprise.
3. Make sure that all of the human enterprise resources have their Booking
type set to Committed.
4. Click OK.
5. If the you found Proposed resources in step #3 and set them to
Committed, save and publish the project.
If you are using Project Server 2007, then the PMs of the four projects can
also try the following:
1. 1. Open one of the four projects in question.
2. Apply the Gantt Chart view.
3. Right-click on the Duration column header and select the Insert Column
item from the shortcut menu.
4. In the Column Definition dialog, select the Published field and click
the OK button.
5. Make sure the Published field value is set to Yes for every task to
which resources are assigned (ignore summary tasks and milestone tasks).
6. If you changed the Published value to Yes for any task, save and publish
the project.
Let us know if this helps.
