Project Templates in Multiple Languages

Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard)
Processor: Intel

I have a problem with project gallery templates. When I open the template part of it is in English and the rest is in what appears to be Latin and German. I don't know for sure, but that's my problem. Well, the multiple languages make it difficult for me to know what is supposed to be put there. Any ideas how to make them all English?

This is no real language, it is placeholder text in a nonsensical language
whose only purpose is to show you what a template page looks like once it
has been filled with text. The text is unintelligible on purpose, thus
allowing you to focus on the layout rather than the meaning of the text.
This use of nonsensical language is known as "greeking":
