Project terminates when I'm trying to open .mpp file

Hello,

My MS project terminates when I'm trying to open any .mpp
file. When I'm working with project and blank file
everything seems to be OK, but after save, when I'm
trying to open some file project terminates without any
message. Please help me.

Something is corrupted: the application files, the system files, or the
data files. Does it happen on any particular mpp file, or all?

At minimum if it's all files, I'd say re-install Project to get it to
over-write the files to fix whatever file has become corrupted.

Or if using XP you can go back to a prior system checkpoint?

Something is interferring ... anti-virus software, virus, or some other
malware?
