Project Tracking and Reporting

I am new to MS Project Server and Share Point Services. I have a requirement
to track the various events and timeline of constrcution activities. I can
create tasks and activities on MS Project . But I have different check lists
and forms ( excel and word) associated with most of the activities. Assigned
user(s) would update this documents over web. Finally I should be able to
build report based on information collected on how long each effort took and
the summary from check list. IS it possible to these using MS Project server
and MS SharePoint services. Where will I get details to get started. Please
advice.

Thanks

Jibu,
You will probably get a better response if you repost on the server
newsgroup. This newsgroup is dedicated to standalone desktop
installations of Project. You can find the server newsgroup at:
microsoft.public.project.server.

Hey;

We are traking progress against % completes. So we decided to add a
column which would have Forecast % complete to the plan. This would
show us the deltas each week as to what was forecasted and where they
actually are (% complete).
But I realized there is no Forecast% complete in MS Project. Would
anyone help me how I could do this. Is there a way? Please advice.

Thanks

AM,
A single posting is all that is necessary.
