Project Unviewable in Access

I'm trying to add some features to a .mdb. A previous user who is no longer
contactable has somehow locked the VBA projects. What do I need to do to
unlock it. I've seen different ways of doing this for Excel but so far have
not seen it for Access. Can anyone help me with this?

What messages or symptoms are you seeing? Please explain more what
you mean by locked? If it's asking you for a password I'd suggest
asking your corporate legal department to contact the user.

I'm sorry, I was in a hurry while typing this. What happens is, I can get
into the VBA editor via Alt+F11 but if I try to open any of the projects I
get a message with title bar = "Project Locked" message = Project is
unviewable". I can see a list of all the projects in the project explorer
window but I can't open any of the projects to view/edit them. There is no
password protecting the projects. I'm assuming there is a setting I am
missing that will make the projects viewable.

Unfortunately the organization is a military one and the person in question
retired some years ago.

Thanks again for your help...
