Hi All
We are running Word 2003 on Terminal Services. There are a number of global
templates loaded when Word starts. These are not in Startup but loaded using
code. Some users get the message 'Project Unviewable' when they exit Words.
It then takes about 20 clicks on the message box to get rid of it. All users
are using the same version of the templates and these are refreshed each time
they log on to the system.
I have looked through various postings on this subject which seem to suggest
a corruption in the template and a rebuild. However, if the template was
corrupt then would it not occur for all users? Also, this has not occurred
on sites that do not run Terminal Services, although that fact could be a red
herring.
Does anyone know the answer to this problem? All help greatly appreciated.
Many thanks
