1. Project Is saved; when saved it publishes all changes;
2. Team members go into their current tasks and update % work complete;
when updated, they click update all to send the project manager their updates
3. Project manager goes into updates and accepts the updates;
4. When opening the project in either Project Web Access or in Microsoft
Project professional, a task looks like it is 100% complete
5. When the team member goes into their task-list it shows the task as
incomplete
6.the problem seems to be intermittent; some users are experiencing, and
others are able to successfully update their tasks
Our Environment:
Some users on windows 2000; others on Windows XP
Problem occurs regardless of the OS and version of Internet Explorer
Sites are set up in trusted zone; trusted zone ‘completely open’ or at
default ‘low’ level
Service pack 2 for Microsoft project server 2003 have been applied
All windows critical updates to the windows OS have been applied to the
server;
