Project View - does not get updated after publishing

I have been trying to fix this problem for the last 2 weeks and had no
success:

- There are 4 projects in the same project server database.
- All except one are working perfectly fine.
- The one that is having problems does not get Project View updated
with the changes (updates, deleted tasks, new tasks) being made in MS
Project 2003. Meanwhile Task View (My Tasks) does show changed items. I
have executed a number of times all forms of publishing (All
Information; New and Changed Assignments; Project Plan; Republish
Assignments) but nothing has helped
- There are no errors reported on the screen or in the Event Log.

Please share your ideas or experience with this issue.
