Project view

Hi,

In PWA 2003, I created a project view table=task. When I look at a project
using this view, I only see the data/cost from actual resources. The
data/costs from generic resources are not included. Is there a way to also
include the generic data as well?

thanks

Paul

Out of curiosity, did you specify a Standard Rate for your Generic resources
in the Enterprise Resource Pool? I created a project and assigned only
generic resources to the tasks, and I can see the correct costs for each
task just fine in the Tasks Cost view in PWA. Let us know.

Yes, the rate has been inserted. The problem appears to be resolved. It
appears there was a coordination problem between the resource manager, PM and
user. Neither one wants to take ownership of the problem. I think the
resource manager applied a 0 rate after the user printed the report, so the
printed report had the cost, but the view and project plan did not.

thx Dale
