Project Viewer not working for admin in PWA

For some reason we are no longer able to view projects in PWA when logged in
as the Administrator. After selected a project from the Project Center
screen, the View a Project Screen appears, but the control that hosts the
project details has no data in it (just a small, empty control). Logging in
as a normal user works fine. The event log shows four errors are shown
below. Any help would be appreciated.
