Project Viewer will be Available

Couple years ago I've started to work on the project
viewer ideea but I gave up thinking that Microsoft will do
it. I'm ready to finalise it in the next couple months.
I would like to offer a service where users can upload
their mpp to my webserver,I'll do the conversion/export to
a pdf,html,etc format and make it available for download
instantly.

I assume that as long I have a MPP license on my webserver
I should be Ok-don't wanna get in trouble with Microsoft
License department.

Any thoughts?

Can't imagine how that would violate the license. You're simply using to
software for its intended purpose and not reselling copies of it. The
owners of the files you are converting, not Microsoft, own the copyright to
the data files produced by Project. Just like you own the copyright to a
manuscript that you wrote yourself with MS Word.
