Project Views Not Refreshing

I'm having htis issue on a number of projects that PMs are updating:

PM publishes project, all tasks can be viewed in Project Views for specific
project on PWA. PM then proceeds to change the dates for a number of tasks,
then saves and Re-Publishes same project. Dates in PWA do not appear to have
updated in Project Views, however, dates are updated in timesheets. No
errors being logged, but is happening quite frequently.

Let me clarify this a bit.

1. A new project is created and published to Project Server. Project is
visible in the Project View in PWA with the proper task breakdown structure
with originally published start and finish dates for each individual task.

2. Project dates are modified at a later date, and then saved and
re-published to server.

3. Team member timesheets in PWA are updated with new start and finish
dates.

4. Index of Project View in PWA is updated with new Finish date of project
if affected, however when viewing complete project, no change is apparent to
actual start and finish dates of actual tasks. Actually, no changes to tasks
are visible at all. Only original project task information is visible.

5. When individual project is opened from server via Project Pro, updated
and saved project plan is available.

This is getting annoying, and is now occuring on all projects. It's like the
msp_view tables are not updating in SQL. Anyone think that SP2 might fix
this issue?
