Project Visibility problem

Hi all,

We're having problem in visibility of project in MS Project server 2003 PWA.

Here's the case:
We allowed team members to be able to view the entire project in PWA
Projects section.
1 team member was added to the project.
The team member was then removed from the project.
After being removed, the team member can still view the project under
Projects.
The team member can still view the risks and issues of the project.

Any clues on how to fix this problem?
