Project was unable to connect to Project Server

Hi - I am getting this message trying to connect MSP Prof. to Project
Server. It was working at one time but now I can't seem to get the
connection to work. All services seem to be running, Project server can be
entered without a problem.
Enterprise options are turned on. Any ideas???

Yes - we solved the problem. It was a permission on the logon value in SQL.
Go figure. Thanks for your help.
