Project Web Access add-in for Outlook

Dear Gurus'...

I'm having a bit of trouble installing this 'add-in'. Specifically, it
doesnt seem to want to install....even after going through the installation
process, and the dialog box telling me that it was 'installed
successfully'....!!!!
Oddly, I do have the new buttons available in Outlook, but they dont seem to
do anything...hence I cant see my tasks in my Outlook calendar.

The other odd thing is...my partner here in the PMO who has exactly the same
system set-up managed to install without any problems.

I realise that I'm not giving you guys much to go with here, but has anyone
had any similar installation issues with this add-in...

I'm running MS Proj Prof. 2003, and I have admin access to MS Project
Server, my system is Windows XP SP2, and Outlook is at SP1...

Any help greatly appreciated..

Kevin,

Have you enabled sharepoint services? I had a problem similar to this and
no one could really help me, but once sharepoint services were enabled on our
server, the outlook add-in began to work.
