Project Web Access Doesn't come up

I have user that when he trys to log into PWA he gets an error saying,
"Object doesn't support this property or method". He did have I.E. 5.5 and it
didn't work so desktop support gave him I.E. 6.0, and he got the same error.
Does anyone have any clue?

Install the ActiveX contril using the download above. Ensure that the PWA
site has been added to the trusted sites and put a host entry in the host
file for the server.
