Project Web Access error: cant access PWA

Platform: Project Server 2007 SP

Problem: Users and Project Server administrators cannot access PWA but can
access the Project Workspaces. The only person that can access PWA is a Sys
Admin who has a Service account on the Server. Problem occured after a
failed Active Directory synch.

We have used a post from this site that outlined synching the Workspaces but
that did not resolve PWA access issue yet.

If anyone knows the issue that would be of great help. Thanks.

Thanks, we will try this and if it works I will post it for future Project
Admin.

Just wanted to let you know that this is resolved. The issue was following:

The sync failed after some time and only synched some users from AD. The
users that did not sync became inactive. We had to activate these users by
doing this PWA for those users were restored.

However we still need to resolve our AD Sync issues and we will try this
test environment 1st before we attempt on real environment. One fire at a
time.
