Project Web Access functions?

Can Project Web Access, create new projects. If so, how. Is that function
exclusive to Sharepoint servers. Is PWA just a gui that allows limited
function to MS project files and resources?

Wish I had a manual. Mine did not come with one as we obtained ours through
our MSDN.

Any help is appreciated.

Greg,

There are several downloads under Project Server 2003 on the microsoft
website. I would suggest brushing up on the Application Configuration and
Administrators guide.

There are some books out there also, but I would give this a shot first.

No, you cannot use PWA to create project plans. You must use Microsoft
Project Professional to create, save, publish, and manage the project plans.
