Project web Access is missing

One user claims to have deleted a workspase / Library and now the PWA
configuration is missing from the server. We have the database on a SQL box
and when recreate the PWA project states "The database specified is already
used by another project server. Enter a different server or database name and
try again. "

Sounds like you should be posting in the Project Server newsgroup. This is
the desktop tool discussion group.
