Project web access & Remote web workplace together

I have project server and remote web workplace installed on the default
website. I have found the web.config file in the wwwroot folder controls both
project web access sharepoint features as well as RWW.

What is the fix.

SBS 2003 all installed on one box.

Already chatted with sbs folks, they say this forum is the right place for
an answer.

There is a web.config file in the wwwroot folder that controls sharepoint
services for project server web access.

If I leave the web.config file in the wwwroot folder Remote Web Workplace
errors with a server application error, but issues and risks(the sharepoint
part of project web access) works.

If I remove the web.config from the wwwroot folder, Remote Web Workplace
works but risks and issues in project web access errors with the same server
application error.

Can I install Share point services for project server on the default web
site and still use RWW?
