Project Web Access: Resources Summary View

Hi,
I am a newbie to project server, in the project web access I cannot
see all the enterprise resources (from enterprise pool) in the 'Resource
summary' view.
I can only see 75% of the total resources


Therefore, I tried the following:-

1) I logged into project professional 2003 as administrator
2) Opened the enterprise resource pool
30 Checked out a resource that was <u>visible</u> in the project web access
4) Modified information (max units) for the resource.
5) Saved resource.
6) Returned to the project web access 'Resource Summary View' to verify the
changes

There were no changes. The information remained static. Therefore, I
understood that the view is not dynamic. I checked the project server
database for the changes, and found those changes on table MSP_RESOURCES.

Can any one please tell me why the view is static, what can I do to fix it?

The view is dynamic. Are the resources checked back in. You might not be
able to see all resources due to permissions.

Thank you very much for your reply.

All the resources are checked in and I do have privilege to view all the
resources.
This problem occurs only in the resource center, if I go the project center
and select a project -> Resources summary view, I can see all the resources
that are allocated to that project.
The very resources I viewed in project center are not visible from resource
center’s resource summary view.
