Project Web Access Tab in Outlook Calendar Entry Is Blank

Hello
I wonder if anyone can help me.
I am using Project (Professional) 2003 and Outlook 2003.
I have intalled the add-in and successfully managed to import my assignments
across from Project Web Access into my Outlook calendar.
However - when I open any of these calendar entries and click on the Project
Web Access tab - the entire screen is grey, with the exception of the Project
Web Access icon in the bottom laft hand corner and four buttons along the
bottom (Update Now, Go to Tasks, Options and Help). Nothing happens when I
click on any of the buttons.
I am sure I should be able to update my progress on a task from here...
Am I doing something wrong?

I am not sure what's going here, you are saying, you able to import
the tasks. hmm.
Anyhow, could you verify the options for Project Web Access:

On Outlook, Tools -> Options -> Project Web Access -> Click on Enter
login information-

See, you able to connect the Project Server from here.

Thanks for your response.
I hav tried what you have suggested and when I click Test Connection it is
all working fine.
Does anyone have any other ideas?
