Project Web Access - XP & 2000

I have 2 client machines that use XP SP2 - They can not access Server via PWA
- We have modified the internet zone settings to allow active x controls but
still no luck.

The 2000 clients do not have admin rights to the machine. If we allow admin
rights the activx controls install and everything is ok. We then turn off
admin rights to the machine and we do not see the active x controls.

Any ideas?
