Project Web Access

I am unable to get past the EULA screen when connecting to
project server.
I have just installed PS2003 with Sharepoint Services and
SQL 2000 enterprise.
I am able to access the web pages from the server itself
but not from my PC.
I have Office 2003 with Project Pro 2003 and OWC11.

Any ideas?
