Project Web Part in SharePoint

I have SharePoint Portal Server and Project Server 2003 installed on the same
machine.

I downloaded pj11WebParts.exe and installed PROJECT.DWP (and other Web
Parts) in the file system.

With SharePoint loaded in my browser, I uploaded PROJECT.DWP and
dragged/dropped its icon into a SharePoint zone.

I then received the error message "The file has been blocked by the
Administrator."

I was logged in as a SharePoint user in the Administrator group

???

"The file has been blocked by the Administrator" is the message given when a
file type is in the banned list for that site.

This information is very helpful! But, it doesn't apply to my immediate
situation, because DWP files are not listed in "Manage blocked file types."
