Project Webaccess

Hi all

I have added a new user in project webaccess and when i naviagte through
"resources tab" i am unable to find the new users ,but in earlier case while
i was new users i went on fine

My role in PWA is administrator

can any one please guide how to go about this

New "Users" can be added through PWA, but new "Resources" must be added
through the Enterprise Resource Pool in Project Professional.

You created a new User, but not a new Resource. Delete the User; then
create him as a Resource.

You can also do both (Adding the resource and PWA user account) by
creating the new resource in the Enterprise Resource Pool and adding the
Active Directory user account (DomainName\UserName) in the Windows
Account field in the Resource Information.
