Project won't accept Time Reported from Project Server

Hello,
I am trying to approve time in project server so that it updates times
reported by my resources in server to the project. Everytime I approve the
time, it opens project (like it's supposed to) and then never accurately
imports the time. There is an error occuring, but it never displays the
information for it. When project opens It only says "This message cannot be
opened because it contains an attachment in a format that cannot be read".
When I click "ok" it toggles back to project server and I try to view the
details of the error. It only displays "unknown error". Any tips or
suggestions? I have full access to both project and server, and all admin
rights and so on.

Any help is greatly appreciated as I am at a stand still with accurate time
reporting for this project until I fix this.

Tanky,

Check the project for all attachments. It would appear that one of them is
causing the error. Normally it would be an image file, and .exe or some other
strange attachment not a word document or excel file that would cause this
kind of error but I have seen it on a corrupt word file as well.
