Project Workspace access issue

I have recently added some users to EPM/PWA and assigned them to the same group. One user can access the Project Workspace and the other user has not been able too.

Can anyone explain why this is and how I resolve it please ?

Adrian,

Are both resources on the project that is related to the workspace?
