Project Workspace Access outside of Group Memberships

Hi Guys,

Can anybody tell me if I grant access to a project workspace on PWA to a
member who is a member of our Sharepoint and AD but not on any of our Project
Server Groups.

Yes of course you can, but just pay attention: if the option to sync
project and workspace is on (in PWA, Server Settings, Operational
policies >Project Workspaces defaults), do not put this user in a
synched group (with Microsoft Office Project Server between brackets
after the name), otherwise, next time project will be published, it
will override permissions...
you should better create dedicated workspace groups to avoid this
problem.
