Hello,
I was hoping someone can help me with this peculiar issue. Project Server
sends an alert initially after a person subscribe to a Project Workspace
component such as an issue or a document. However, follow up alerts do not
get sent after actions such as edits, or change in document status are
performed. The alerts have been configured to send when "Anything changes"
and "Send Immediately".
