Project Workspace Template Access

Before I save and send up my new Project Workspace Template, a question about
permissions. I have intentionaly set up the workspace template to "not
inherit permissions from it's parent". When a user saves and publishes his
project and creates a workspace using this template, will they (the owner) be
added to the site permissions along with team members in the project schedule?

Proejct server has its own user group and yes the users (owner, TM's) will be
added to the site.

So to confirm, when a PM creates a new Project and Project Workspace, he/she
will be added to that Project Workspace's site permissions along with any
team members included within that project?

Just what I thought (hoping). But wanted to be sure. Thanks for you help.
