Project Workspace Template

Hi, I'm using using Project Server 2003. I have created multiple sharepoint
sites based on different templates, some standard, some customized. I have a
very annoying glitch on all sites created in sharepoint with the "Project
Workspace" template or any customized template based on it. Any user
accessing the site is presented with the username / password prompt,
regardless of their permissions. The user can then enter no information,
just press cancel and they are allowed to
proceed. To clarify, this only occurs on project workspace sites created
from Sharepoint , NOT the sites created from Project Server itself. This
error occurs every time they try to navigate to any area or document within
that site. All other sites operate normally. Help please?
