Project Workspaces - Advanced permissions

When I publish a project Project Server automatically creates a workspace. In
that workpace if I go to "Site Settings" and choose "Advance Permissions"
everyone who belongs to the enterprise resource pool appears with Project
Managers Permissions, when most of them are only team members... Where does
this Permissions go get this info?

Any help?

Thanks

From the "Advanced Permissions" page you described below, contine on to
"Settings>Permissions Levels" and you will get to the list of groups and
what their definitions are.

The "Project Managers (Microsoft Office Project Server)" group has the
following definition: "Users who have published this project or who have
Save Project permission in Microsoft Office Project Server"

So it seems to me that somewhere you have applied the "Saver Project"
category permission to a group/category relationship in which the category
has access to all projects. Most likely the culprit is "My Organization".
Go to your PWA Category administration page and look at what groups you have
associated to "My Organization" and which ones have the "Save Project"
permission enabled. If you have Team Members with that permission enabled,
then remove it. Team Members do not need "Save Project" for any reasonable
purpose.
