Project Workspaces Missing

We are still working on getting MOSS/MOPS to behave correctly since SP2 came
through. I ended up having to create a new SSP and Web Apps, then restoring
our farm to the night before SP2 came through.

Now a few Mgrs were getting failed to create WSS Site's when updating tasks.
I went and took a look at Project Workspaces and there are no webistes
associated with any project except a couple new ones and they are under a non
standard port (not 80) like before.

Before they were all under 80, how do I get them back to creating by default
there instead of a different web app?

Also is the only way to get back the data is to restore to a dev enviroment
then copy things over?
