I spent all day setting up a new project and it has vanished.....really.
I see the other 2 projects. I am an experienced computer user and have had
Project crash once on me. In the documents folder I can still see the name
of the project i the Office projects folder. There is no rge folder for it
though when I do a search. Any suggestions?

Hi Molly,

The first thing I do when my computer can't find files that I think it
should be able to: run Apple Disk Utility First Aid to repair permissions.

Please give that a try and see if that fixes things.
