Project'98 and Project'2000

Does anybody knows how I can open document created in
Microsoft Project 2000 by using '98 version?

The only way is to have someone with 2000 or the creator save the file in 98 format using the tools, options, save tab.

Only by opening it first in Project 2000 and re-saving it there as a Project
98 formatted file. If this is a file someone has sent you, have them send
you a fresh copy in 98 format.
