ProjectBeforeResourceChange and ProjectBeforeResourceDelete don´t

Hi,
I have a simple macro that uses ProjectBeforeResourceChange,
ProjectBeforeResourceDelete, ProjectBeforeAssignmentChange,
ProjectBeforeAssignmentDelete,ProjectBeforeTaskChange and
ProjectBeforeTaskDelete events.
It does work fine when I'm working with local projects (mpp files).
However, in EPM Projects specifically ProjectBeforeResourceChange and
ProjectBeforeResourceDelete events don't fire for local resources.
What could be happening?
